I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. I'm telling you it's going to be worth it.

This is a delicious breakfast treat that I found on a website a while back, and I’ve made them for my boyfriend who absolutely LOVES them!

Makes: 8 Servings

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Cook time: 20-25 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Puff Pastry, two sheets thawed
  • 1 cup Nutella spread
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • Powdered sugar
  • Egg white wash (1 whisked egg white + 1 Tbl spoon water)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut each thawed pastry into 4 equal squares.
  3. Spread 1 large Tbl spoon of nutella onto the center of the pastry squares, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  4. Top with a small handful of mini marshmallows.
  5. Fold squares diagonally into triangles then fold over the leftover borders, and crimp the edges with a fork.
  6. Place pastries on a wax paper lined pan and brush tops with the egg white wash. (After this step I usually sprinkle plain cane sugar over top, but it’s not necessary.)
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are golden.

After you pull the baked pastries out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and let sit for a couple minutes because the insides will be HOT.

I hope you guys enjoy this breakfast/anytime treat as much as I do!
